Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Lighting Fixtures – These are created specifically for your space
  • Opened or Used Bulbs – For safety and hygiene reasons
  • Final Sale Items – Clearly marked during purchase
  • Personalized or Customized Mirrors – Created to your specifications
  • Items without original packaging or showing signs of installation

Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Returns initiated after this period cannot be accepted.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization – unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Include the Return Authorization Number visibly on the outside of the package.

Step 5: Processing & Refund
